You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is it possible to have customers to buy recurring packages, so it will automatically renew their package after each period and in the same time charge them on their creditcard?
If not, is it possible for you too make that feature?

I'm afraid, at the moment we don't have a subscription feature. It's on our to-do list. however, I cannot tell you precisely when it will be implemented.
That probably can be achieved with custom work. However, our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future.
