Ok . So What I really want is 1 appointment on Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday,Friday then 2 appointments on Saturday. but I cant seem to be able to do it.
With your advice I managed to get it down to 1 a day but it wont allow 2 on Saturdays.
I am going to attach screen shots of my settings so you can see what I am doing .
I would like to have buffer time after set to 45 mins but then it allows 2 appointments.
I don't know how to post a article here because I don't have any purchase code so I just found a bug in Amelia as I was working on Amelia for a client.
the issue is you cannot edit Notification if you are using Grammarly extension. If you edit notification emails and save it, It will show you setting saved toast but will not send any email. You have to uninstall Grammarly extension.
You can create a Service that will be offered in Appointment time slots, depending on the availability of your employees, so if you have a 1-hour-long service, and your employee is working from 09:00 - 17:00, there will be 8 available time slots for this appointment.
From your screenshot, I can see that you have buffer time before the service, which extends the service's duration, so on Saturdays, the available appointments would be:
11:00 - 12:15
12:15 - 13:30
However, on regular days, the 1:15-long service wouldn't fit because your working hours are from 11:00 - 12:00. They either need to be until 12:15, or you need to remove the buffer time from the service.
Syed - You can open a "Pre-purchase" ticket if you haven't purchased Amelia.
Thank you for the bug report, we're already aware of it.
We're not entirely sure why it's doing that. This issue existed about a year ago, then it suddenly stopped with one Grammarly update, but it came back about a year ago.
The task to try and fix this has been forwarded to our developers, and they'll work on it for one of our future updates, but we're not sure why this is even happening in the first place, so we can't say what the ETA on the fix is.
You don't need to uninstall Grammarly, just disable it on the back-end of your website.
I am trying to only allow 1 appointment a day.
I have reduced my opening times to only 1 hour a day but it still wants to allow 2 appointment one being at a time that I am not there. Any thoughts.
Hi Martin,
thank you for reaching out to us
You can set your work hours to be 8am - 4pm.
But set the service duration to 8h, and service Maximum Capacity to 1.
Or, if you want to only be available for that 1 hour, you can create a schedule that runs only 1 hour, for example 8am-9am.
Also, please make sure that in Amelia > Settings > Appointments > option Allow Booking Above Max Capacity is off.
