We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Our customers and employees are not receiving appointment emails. I have tried with PHP mail, wp mail but no.
Other woocommerce/wordpress emails are working fine.
Secondly, is there email log of all amelia emails so we can see which email are going out? Thanks
Hi, Hussnain,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please clarify if test emails were delivered with the PHP mail service enabled?
Also, please check the Spam and the Promotions folders, because notifications could end up there.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login for further investigation.
Regarding notifications log: there is no particular log, but it's possible to check if notifications were sent out through the database. If you are familiar with database administration, I can ask our developers to provide you with a guide on how it can be done.
Best Regards.
Hi, Any update?
Hussnain,
Sorry for the delay.
1. I sent a test notification from your site and it was delivered:
So please make sure that notifications don't end up in the Spam or Promotions folder.
2. You can find the Notification log in wp_amelia_notifications_log
Please note that wp_amelia_notifications_log contains details of the notification ID from wp_amelia_notifications, the ID of the appointment from wp_amelia_appointments, the ID of the user from wp_amelia_users. Therefore, if you want to pull the log into a table (for example), you'd need to run a query that joins these tables, and pull only the relational data. It's a pretty complex query, and we can't provide that much assistance, unfortunately.
Best Regards.
