We are using Amelia Booking Plugin and we want to close bookings for Monday, Sunday, and Tuesday but we are unable to close that. Can you please guide us about that please.
You can block a day by setting up a Day Off in Amelia > Employees, for a specific employee.
Also if this isn't a temporary off day, and you don't want to operate on these days at all, please go to Amelia > Employee > Work Hours and remove a day by clicking on the little - symbol on the right side of the day banner:
In this way that day will be fully removed from the schedule.
Our work hours are 10:00 - 17:00 (can vary up to 1-2 hours) CET Monday - Friday, and we have also implemented working weekends; so you can expect a response from us then. We have a response time limit 3-5 days but we mostly respond to tickets in 24 hours on work days.
