We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – AmeliawpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

It has been almost a month and my clients can NOT book a class from my site. They log in, and see that their membership status is current, but when they book a class (zoom class) it kicks them back to the Log In or Join Now tabs. No error message is given.

Bluehost has done a through investigation on their end and can not find any solution.

It should also be noted that when a member logs in they CAN go to the ON-DEMAND videos (though this is hit and miss too) So this doesn't seem to be a Paid Memberships Pro issue. It has to be an issue with Amelia.

    Hi Mellanee,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

Are your clients logging in trough this Paid Membership plugin? Or they are logging into Amelia Customer Panel, or into WordPress backend as Amelia Customer?

  • Mellanee Harmon replied

They are logging into my wordpress website. They sign up through PaidMembership Pro, but book classes through Amelia if that makes sense?

I have an on-demand feature on wordpress for paid members only and they are able to access that feature (hit and miss) but lately issues are with booking

    Hi, Mellanee,

Sorry to hear that you faced this issue.

Could you please provide us with:

    1. Test Customer credentials (so we will be able to access the booking page through PaidMembership Pro

    2. A temporary WP Admin login (you can use [email protected] address if needed).

Please post the credentials as a private reply under this ticket.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
