We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Is it possible to change the sort order of services in the booking wizard?

    Is it possible to change the sort order of services in the booking wizard? My site has a lot of different services, so if I could make a custom order for the Services, maybe sort them by category, or add headings, that'd be helpful.

    Really, any way to apply sorting would be cool. I'm not sure if there's a built in feature for this.

    Hi, Devan,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    The front-end view should have the same Services order that you set on the back-end. Please try to change the order on the Services page by dragging Services. 

    Also, I'm afraid, due to the logic of the Step-by-step view, Category selection cannot be added to it at the moment. If you want to have Category selection as a first step of the booking process, you should use the catalog view instead.

    You can select the view if you use the visual editor on your page builder or by simply adding this shortcode to the booking page: [ameliacatalog]
