We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Buenas tardes. En la parte donde aparece el calendario donde los clientes pueden reservar citas aparece un horario incorrecto. dentro de Amelia si reservo yo mismo la cita empieza desde las 9:00 de mañana sin embargo si la cita la reserva el cliente dese la web las citas empiezan dese las 11:00 o aparece desordenado las horas de las citas.

    ¿Cómo podría ponerlo para ponerlo bien?

    The official language of our support is English, so I will have to use Google translate for our communication. I would like to apologize for the possible misunderstanding in advance.

    Please make sure that WP time zone is set to the City and not to the UTC format in the WP General Settings.

    Also, please note that if you enabled the "Show booking slots in client time zone" in Amelia -> general settings, then Customers will be able to see time slots according to the time zone that is set on their computers/mobile devices. That's why, if this option is enabled, please make sure that your time zone on the computer matches the WP time zone.
