I am working on a Therapy Clinic management system. In here, there are 4 therapists and around 6 thematic rooms and a garden with 7-8 thematic spaces, so around 14 different spaces for therapy services.
These services the clinic offer don't have a fixed schedule.
The problem I have is with the spaces / rooms management. When an appointment is made, how can I see if a room or space is occupied?
Can I attach a room or space to a service and in that period of time this room or space to be set as occupied so no other service could be scheduled in the same time?
The Location functionality is not about that, but maybe it can be adapted and I don't see it.
I'm afraid, Locations cannot affect Service bookings.
Theoretically, that can be achieved if you add rooms as Employees instead of actual Employees, and only then it will be possible to avoid overbooking. But it can work only if it doesn't matter which Employee is assigned to a Service (that works for restaurant businesses, for example, since waiters are not really assigned to tables, but I'm not sure if this workaround can be applied in your case).

Hi again, Alexandru,
I'm afraid, Locations cannot affect Service bookings.
Best Regards.
