We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Is it possible to set different email notifications for different services, or is it only one notification email for all the services? I would like to have the email to be different for each service category. Thanks
Hi, Virginie,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
It is possible with the most recent version 4.1. We added a Custom notifications feature, so now each Service can have a separate notification in Amelia.
So, please, make sure you updated your plugin and cleared the site and the browser cache. After that, custom notifications should become available on the Notifications page under the "Create New Notification" option.
Best Regards.
Hello,
My Amelia is on auto-update, therefore it is updated. But I can seem to find the « Create a new notification » option? Could you send me a picture of what I’m looking for? Thanks
Virginie,
Sorry for the delayed response, our support team is cut in half due to COVID-19 infestations. That’s why our response time has increased.
Could you please check the version on the WP Plugins page? It could be that your license wasn't renewed for some reason or the plugin wasn't automatically updated (sometimes WP blocks auto-updates):
If you have version 4.1 or 4.2, then the Notifications page should look like this:
If you don't see the "Create new notification" option but you have your plugin updated, please try to clear the site and the browser cache, that should resolve the issue.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
