We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I want to show different timing slots for different services. For eg: I want to show only saturday from 10 to 12 for marriage counseling, and no other counseling on that day, but it appears the slots are shared equally between the services. How can I get to set the timings on the schedule for different services? I have set up work hours for employees, etc.

If your employee works on all of these services, then the service availability will be shown for every service for the same day, because employee's work hours will influence the slots.
If you wish to separate the services, you can use [ameliabooking service=1] shortcode to display only one service of your choice.
If you want a service to be performed on Saturday only, please go to employee's profile in Amelia > Employees > that employee > Work Hours, and make sure that under the time for each day only other services are selected, and that this service in particular is selected only for Saturday.
