This border is coming from Autoptimize's custom CSS:

When the "border" property is disabled, like in the screenshot above, the table looks like this:

You can try adding this CSS to the page, and see if it works:

.entry-content table:not(.variations) {
border: none;
}

It does work when I inspect the page in the browser, but I can't say if Autoptimize is not going to override that when you add it to the page.
