Please advise is anyone logged into WordPress with an Admin or a Manager account while this is tested? If so please make sure to log out as this can cause a conflict. Also, please make sure that cache is cleared if employees are using the same device and same browser to log in.
Can you please provide us with login details for the employee panel of this employee, and we'll check it from our end?
Since it looks like we're going to have to do something about it, could you also provide us with a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user, so we can see what's going on from the inside?

Apologies for replying a bit later. We see you opened another ticket regarding your issue so we will get back to you and help to resolve it there. Thank you.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
I forwarded the ticket to one of our developers so he can take a look.
When you say you change the employee status to Manager - how exactly are you doing that? Please note that Amelia's user roles should not be mixed - permissions of employees is different from permissions of Managers, or Administrators. It's not recommended to mix user roles for a single user.
Or developers took a look and they are confident they were able to resolve the issue.
They do believe though, that the issue occurred because of a lot of extras that you have. They are going to be working on an optimization in this regard, so hopefully you won't have to worry about it anymore.
Please delete cache from your website and browser and test again.
Since the last upgrade, my employees are no longer able to see their schedules. They can log in but no appointments are listed. See attachment.

thank you for reaching out to us

the employee uses her cell phone to log in, not a computer.
All cache is routinely cleared.

Hello,
I have the same issue, even weirder, the Amelia Manager can only see a few "Events" while I can see all of them.
I think it happens since I updated to the last update version 4.2.
I went back to 4.1 but the problem is still there.
Please let me know how to fix it.
Edit: the only way I found to fix this was to create another Manager account.

You can ask them directly using the chat function. This is the only log in as the administrator I have.

The employee plug in is still not working properly.
Hello Paul
Unfortunately, there was no time to include the optimization fix in v4.3.
Our developers are looking at it now, and I'll get back to you as soon as I have news.
