We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Same day Multiple recurring Appointment

    I have a few client who have multiple appointments in the same day for the same service. 

    I have tried the appointment recurring feature, but this only allows me to pick either "before" or "after" closest date but not give me the option for same day booking.

    How I will manage this type of booking please advise.

    Hi Irfan,

    thank you for reaching out to us.

    Recurring services can only be set to daily, meaning that they can repeat every day at the same time.

    You can offer your clients multiple bookings via Packages; so if multiple consecutive slots are available for booking customer can pick for example October 5th 9am - 10am, then for the next appointment October 5th 10am-11am etc; however, clients are not obligated to choose consecutive hours.
