In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Hi i have a big Problem with my intranet website. We use woffice theme and wpdatatabels ran very fine. Since we upgrades to premium we have alot problems.

    1. on different browsers different problems. on opera i can go in backend settings wpdatatables but cant use column settings - there is no modal visible but screen is fading a bit

    2. biggest problem on chrome i cant use any tables or settings because i get an error modal directly after using wpdatatables. i already deinstalled and installed it ..but no changes. i cant do anything when the error is showing (see attached file)

    I tried to set all buttons in settings (no use of css etc.) but nothing helped...

    Thank you for your purchase.

    This is a conflict with something, that's for sure. Whether it's a conflict with the theme or another plugin I can't say.

    Issues like this usually occur when there is a conflict either with the theme currently active on your website, or another plugin you have installed.

    Can you please change the theme and see if the issue is resolved? If not, then please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
