My customers are currently having troubles booking onto events and appointments. Apparently they try to book but the page refreshes, (without confirmation or payment) and then when they try again it tells them 'you are already booked onto this appointment'. As a result we're having to check if they're booked on- and then send them bank details to send payment as the paypal hasn't taken payment, but Amelia has added them to the attendees list.
Our attendees list shows that they are in fact booked on- but payment hasn't been taken. This means our spaces are being filled up, sometime multiple times by customers trying to book on again and again because they haven't paid- but they are already registered for that class/event on the booking system.
We haven't had this problem before, but since we added some Halloween events last week this has been a really common problem for our appointments and events- could it be related to the volume of traffic on the page?
Has anyone had this problem? If there's a way to fix it rather than checking every single attendee for all our events and over 250 spaces in our classes per week against our pay pal that would be amazing.
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket. We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
