In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

When I'm using administrator role, the appointments csv is exported without problem.
However, when I switch account to Amelia manager, the appointment data is not exported, the csv is empty file.

Can you please tell us what version of Amelia are you running?
There was a bug in Amelia when you add the Employee to also be an Amelia Manager. This fix should solve it, and it was included in the update but please let me know if it works for you.
Please download the file attached to my response, and replace the file ..wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Commands/Report/GetAppointmentsCommandHandler.php with the file from the zip.
That should solve the issue.
