the appointment date calendar and is not viewing correctly in Safari. Also the UX kind of sucks. Its not obvious that you have to click the square with the upside down pyramid icon to get the dates.
I'd love to take a look into the layout issue with booking for you; please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.

thank you! I was able to access and make some changes; however, I am waiting for a colleague to arrive to test this for me in real time (as Safari will only work properly on Mac; I have attempted to make a workaround on Linux, but it refuses to work) so I will contact you in a bit
any news on this? I've had a couple of customers complain about not being able to make bookings. which means I'm probably losing sales because of the people that just give up and don't call. I work in the creative industry so a lot of people will be using Macs and iPhones.
BTW the viewing issues occur in Safari on both mobile and desktop. Screenshots attached of Brave and Safari browser. I need reassurances that this is going to be fixed quickly or I'm going to have to look elsewhere for a plugin that works.
Sorry for the late response, our team is cut in half due to Covid-19 infections, so our response times increased significantly.
I'm using Brave browser, and I can see the same issue you see on Safari, so the issue is not related to a browser (see attachment).
I went into Amelia/Customize and just saved the settings, and after that the form displayed normally:
I then also checked the page using Safari 14.1 (on Big Sur), and it showed up correctly:
So the issue seems to have been resolved, and it was related to the plugin's update. The last update was quite big, and it could be that the new CSS files weren't overwritten, so when I saved the settings, new CSS files were stored in Amelia's folders, and that corrected the issue.
Please delete browser's cache and test again, but from what I can see, it's working correctly now.
