We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    We would like to know how to configure a service to be like every Wednesday from 8am to 9am.

    We know we can do that with events but the issue is that we cant seem to be able to use events in packages.

    Hi again!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    That's correct: at the moment Packages support only Appointments.

    However, you can create a recurring Event and set the recurrence to weekly. It should work the way you require.

    thanks but it means it would be usable in a package which makes it useless to us. 

    We might have found a solution by "duplicating" an employe with different work hours (based on the service hours we want).

    Please add this feature. I have seen in the public tickets that i am far from the only one requesting this.

    No no i.mightnot have explained it correctly. We found a way (theorically for now) to make it work WITH packages. So we really need it.
