We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

is there a way that on a back end the administrator could manually choose any desired date for a booking?
At the moment one can choose only hours from a set designed beforehand. And I am looking for an extra solution to be more flexible and be able to overwrite the settings. Eg. if my settings give me a slot on Monday 16-20, can I also book:

At the moment, only available (pre set) times can be chosen.
Your administrator can add a Special Day for that employee that will override that employee's schedule for that day and make a booking based on the availability of that Special Day.

Thanks for your message. Do you plan working on it? A special day does not really help here, because it refers to the whole day and I am interested in better management of hours ;)

We haven't received a lot of feedbacks for this feature; when we do, every client needs it to be specific in a different way, but it would be good to check out our Feature request page and vote if you see a similar suggestion; or make a new one on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
