We have several events on the site and use Amelia multiple times to be able to book the events. Unfortunately there are always loading errors on the page with different events. After a refresh other events do not load properly, it is always different.
Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
This has something to do with the configuration of your database.
It's allowing 1 - 2 logins per session. When Amelia triggers a few calls to the server, at the same moment it's trying to connect to the database with the same user, and this limit is blocking it.
Can you please reach out to your hosting provider, and ask them what's the value of the variable max_user_connections? They should be able to increase it.

Can you see how to fix this error?
Kind regards
Dominik
Hi, Dominik,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I see multiple Error 500 warnings on the Console.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hey Liza,
thank you very much for your help. I have updated the plugin, unfortunately the error still exists. Do you have another idea?
