We don't store any data from your website, so everything you do with Amelia is saved in your WordPress database. The plugin is GDPR compliant, so if a customer was to delete their account, all details related to it will also be deleted.
Your administrators and Amelia managers would be able to see all customers, but employees will only be able to see their customers and customers created by you, which have not yet been assigned to an employee.
I am not too familiar with HIPAA, but from what I can see, Amelia shouldn't pose a risk here. Can you tell me which points you are most concerned about?
Hi There! Is the Amelia plugin HIPAA compliant? If not, any ways to be able to use Amelia and make it HIPAA compliant?
