    We've got Amelia linked with WooCommerce. When we book an appointment through the back-end is it possible to have an online payment request for that service sent to the customer?

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    I'm afraid, it's not possible to transfer information from Amelia to a payment system when there's no actual payment.

    Probably, it can be achieved with some custom work, but not with the current built-in features.

    You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
