We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I originally purchased Amelia in July 2020, in August 2021, I renewed my purchase.

At the time I had a lot of issues upgrading the plug in.  This was rectified.

The plug in requires further updating.  The error message I am receiving is

"An error occurred while updating Amelia: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate Amelia".

Please advise what needs to be done.

    Thank you, Sharon

    Hi, Sharon,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Could you please provide us with:

    - the email address that you used for the purchase,

    - a temporary WP Admin login,

so we will be able to investigate the issue.

You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Liza,

Thank you for getting back to me.

Stopping auto updates did not work.

    The error message is

"""An error occurred while updating Amelia: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit settings to activate Amelia.""

There seems to be a conflict with my license?

I am hesitant in regard to downloading the zip file, as this is not my expertise.  I did this a few weeks ago (with amelia) and spent 2 days on chat with support from my hosting company.

The process is not that simple for me (extremely frustrating).  Can you look into why I am getting the error message to activate my license.

    Thank you, Sharon

    Sharon,

Most probably, something happened to the purchase code (for example, a symbol was missed or mistakenly added to it while copying/pasting it).

Could you please provide us with the database access (cPanle or PhpMyAdmin credentials), so our developers will be able to check it? Please don't forget to use private mode.

    Best Regards.
