Have just rebuilt our website on a new host and trying to re-setup Amelia; getting a fatal error on the activation of the plugin:
Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 135270400) (tried to allocate 4194312 bytes) in /home/sites/xxxxxxxxxxxx/public_html/wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/vendor/oyejorge/less.php/lib/Less/Output.php on line 27
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin (administrator) user for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue.
We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course, we do not provide login data to third parties.
You can write credentials here just check PRIVATE Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thanks for providing the credentials, but you haven't provided your website, so we don't know where to log in with those credentials.
Even if we were able to log in, though, this doesn't seem to be an issue we can solve, as the error indicates the amount of memory Amelia tried to allocate (4.19MB, which is not a lot) goes beyond the memory limit. This means that some other plugin on your website is pulling almost all memory you have on your website, and Amelia is not able to activate due to this.
Can you please deactivate all other plugins except for our plugin, refresh the page where the issue is, and see if it is resolved (it should be). If it is, then start activating other plugins one by one, and after each activation refresh the page to see if the issue reoccurred. Once it does reoccur, you will have found the plugin causing the issue.
