I am not sure if you would be able to add UTM parameters to Amelia and forward them to the CRM, but as far as tracking goes, a customer created a custom script and explained quite nicely how tracking can be achieved in that ticket.
If that doesn't help you, please let me know, and I'll reach out to one of our developers, to see if they have a better solution.
Our developers will add this to our next update, because adding the additional parameters is not exactly a quick fix. The next update should be released in a week or two, so I have to ask you is this timeframe alright with you, or is this an urgent matter?
The request has been forwarded to our developers, and I hope we'll have the additional parameters fix today. Just to confirm - you need to send URL parameters from the booking page to webhooks endpoints?
yes. Right now, we don't have the date transferred via the webhook. In Zapier, we see only the data shown in the image. We need to catch the UTM parameters there.
If you can fix this, it would be a pretty good feature which you should promote. Most of the tools like Calendly etc. have troubles by doing this. Catching the UTM parameters from the landing page of the own domain.
Our developers just confirmed that this was added to the latest update (version 5.2). Can you please update the plugin, purge all the cache and check again?
We use UTM parameters to track the success of our campaigns.
An example URL looks like this:
https://x-group.de/gz-antragshilfe/?utm_source=xing&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=test
If a customer set an appointment, we create a lead in our CRM via a webhook and Zapier. But we couldn't catch with the webhook the UTM parameters.
Is there any solution or workaround to get the UTM parameters into Zapier and assign it to the lead?
Hi, Christoph,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
I forwarded your case to our Level 2 Support.
We will get back to you at the earliest possible time.
Best Regards.
Hello Christoph

Hi Aleksandar,
thanks for the URL. It helps, but the solution of the ticket is only applicable for Google Analytics.
Please reach out to the devs if they have a better solution. If the need more information just let me know.
Cheers,
Christoph

Hi Aleksandar,
we want to start with a huge marketing campaign with a lot of budget (a different landing page).
I would kindly as if it is possible to prioritize the feature request?
Thanks in advance
Christoph

Hi Aleksandar,

If somebody booked an appointment via this URL:https://x-group.de/gz-antragshilfe/?utm_source=xing&utm_medium=social&utm_campaign=test
We should have fields for:
utm_source = xing
utm_medium = social
utm_campaign = test
utm_term = none
utm_content = none
If you can fix this, it would be a pretty good feature which you should promote. Most of the tools like Calendly etc. have troubles by doing this. Catching the UTM parameters from the landing page of the own domain.
Thanks Christoph
I forwarded the info to our developers, and as soon as I hear from them, I'll get back to you. I believe they will be able to finish this today.

Hey Aleksandar,
thanks for the file.
I tried to install it and got this error:
PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature.
I already redonwloaded the file, if it was corrupted, but it didn't solve the problem.
I already checked the webspace, but it was okay (I could install other plugins)
What can I do to install the package?
Cheer,
Christoph
Hi Aleksandar,
thanks a lot. Now everything is working fine!
The previous size of the file was only 32kb. The new size is about 10mb quite a difference ;-)
If I update the pugin in the future, is the new feature still available?
Thanks a lot for your great support! Everything is solved.
Hi Aleksandar,
it seems like the url params aren't catched anymore with the new booking calendar "Step-by-Step Booking Form 2.0" Could you double-check that please?
If so, please make this important function working again. Or show me how to get this work again. Thanks.
Hey Christoph
I'll have to forward this ticket to our developers.
As soon as I hear from them, I'll get back to you.

Hi Aleksandar,
still no update here?
Hey Christoph.
Sorry, I was under the impression that this is the same topic covered by Uros in this ticket: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/3087933/
I'll check with our developers again, since they checked both tickets and informed me that this should be resolved with the other ticket.
