Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Tuesday, January 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Amelia will not currently let any of my employees connect their google accounts to their wordpress Amelia account. Can you help with that?
Hi, Kevin,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
Could you please clarify if you just establish Google integration or it was working before?
1. If you just established integration, please make sure you followed all the steps from our documentation: https://wpamelia.com/configuring-google-calendar/
2. If Google integration was working before and suddenly your Employees got disconnected, then it is probably caused by multiple tokens that Google assigns to the same user.
Our developers are aware of this issue and they are working on a solution.
However, there’s only one way to fix it at the moment: Please go to wp_amelia_providers_to_google_calendar database table, where you will see multiple rows assigned to the same user ID. Delete all rows associated with the user ID, and you will be able to connect the Employee again.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
