We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Can I rename On-site payment to something like 'Bank Transfer' - how can I go about doing this?
Never mind, sorted as per here https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com//ticket/2579012/
Hi Jonathan,
thank you for reaching out to us
I'm glad to hear that solution was found;
If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
I now have a problem with stripe payments. I am still using in test mode. When you use a UK card you get the CVC and ZIP fields , however when you dont enter either the cvc or zip instead of the page reporting a payment error it tries to process the payment but the page spinner just spins.. obviously the payment has not processed but there's no feedback for the user.
Hello Jonathan.
I wasn't able to replicate the issue with the page loader spinning when using Stripe in test mode, but the payment step did refresh if the CVC was left blank. I asked our developers if they could add a notice and highlight this an unfilled field to show the customer that they missed something.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi again Jonathan.
After further testing, it turns out that Amelia's 2.0 forms do show the notice if the customer misses something. Plus, the ZIP code field is not present in the new forms.
As the old forms are no longer be maintained, I'd recommend switching to the new forms in order to receive new features/functions, and in order to avoid issues like this one.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
