We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

CSS Error in generated Email code

    I set up an email with some large text which is also colored blue. However, the generated email does not show the text correctly. This is because when you add more than 1 text style to some text, Amelia writes the html code wrong.

    This is how the written code looks like in the email source:

    <strong =
    style=3D"color: rgb(0, 102, 204);" style=3D"font-size: 1.5em;">

    This is not valid CSS. The correct code should be:

    <strong = style=3D"color: rgb(0, 102, 204); font-size: 1.5em;">

    See attached screenshots ...

    Hi Gary!

    Thank you for reaching out to us, and for providing this informationsmile.png

    I will forward it to the developers; they will check and let us know as soon as possible.

    I wish you a great day in the meantime!

    Hi again Gary

    As Ivana mentioned - the issue has been forwarded to our development team, so they can fix it for one of our next updates.

    Until then, you can type your notification, and save it. Then, access your database and navigate to wp_amelia_notifications table. Edit the notification you want to apply the CSS to, and save it. After that, even though it may not look correctly in Amelia/Notifications, it will send the properly configured email (you can test it by sending a test email).

    The important thing is that, when you do this, you should no longer hit "Save" in Amelia/Notifications for this notification, or the changes will be reverted.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Kind Regards,

    Aleksandar Vuković
