We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    We need to somehow display the Category in the employee panel. The way it is set up now, the employees have no idea to which category the listed service is related to.

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    To be honest, it's not a very popular request (I don't say it was never requested since I don't have these statistics, but at least not on my watch). Therefore, I doubt we will implement this UI change any time soon.

    Probably, it can be achieved with custom work, so if you want, we can provide you with contacts of the dev teams that work with Amelia.

    Otherwise, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.

    I think it would be great when ALL information can be shown or hidden in the employee appointment panel. This is the first thing the employee see, and it would be great to be able to show items without havng to click to open the details box.
