Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello there!

We are now upgrading our web page with Amelia PRO but we have three doubts regarding the packages of services:
    1. We would like to know how we can schedule a plan from the backend. We only find the option for the student to buy a plan and schedule it, but sometimes the purchase is by phone or here at the school and we have to schedule it manually. Is it possible?

    2. We also do not know how to see the number of classes that a student of a package has taken from the backend. How can we know the remaining classes or which number of classes from the package is the student attending?

    3. We are making some tests, so we created several packages for different students. We can’t find any way to erase them now. We can delete the appointments but there is no option for the package, it just remains there.
    Thanks!

    Hi, turistas,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    1. I'm afraid, at the moment Appointments from a package can be booked only be the Customer on the Customer Panel.

    2. A Customer can see the booked and remaining Appointments on the Customer Panel. Unfortunately, you as Admin will be able to see this information only if you select it manually on the Appointments page (you will be able to see booked Appointments, not the remaining ones).

    3. Yes, this option is also not available at the moment: you can only delete booked Appointments.

The Packages feature is relatively new, so it requires some changes, and our developers are planning to implement them in the coming updates. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a "feature request" on our website.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
