I am changing the minimum time required before booking on the settings part and on a service (blow dry short hair) both at 3 hours if I do a test booking at the frontend the times are showing from an hour from now and not 3 hours.
even if i set the buffer time at 3 hours it still gets displayed only an hour from now and not 3 when trying to book at the frontend.
Please clear the site and browser cache and make sure that pages with Amelia are excluded from the caching plugin settings (if you use any of them).
Also, please make sure that your operating system time settings match the WP Time Zone.
If that doesn't help, please provide us with a temporary WP Admin login for further investigation. You can post credentials as a private reply under this ticket.
Ok so I have done everything as youve asked me with no success. I also have checked that when I change the times that the bookings would only be able to start 10 am it starts at 8 am.
So now it is the minimum time before booking that cant be changed and the times the people are active.
I will send a seperate private message with the details to login
Ok so now the hours start from 3 hours onwards which is correct but if i go to the next day it is still showing that its starting from 8am. not 10am as ive set it in the settings to be.
also please see my systems date time and the wordpress date time corresponds. Also ive actually deleted the caching plugin and ive used a whole new browser ive never used before.
1. Employee's working hours should be scheduled in the Employee's profile, not in the Amelia -> Settings -> Working hours and Days off (this tab is meant to be used for setting the general opening hours of the company): https://wpamelia.com/configuring-schedule/
2. Because it's easier to test If you set your operating system time zone to some random UTC, it's easy to get confused by the time difference. However, you can do it, of course, just please keep in mind the difference.

I am also having this problem. I will create a new ticket for this.
Gary,
Just got to this ticket.
I guess since I responded to the new ticket that you created, there is no need to duplicate the same information here.
Best Regards.
