We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Problems with schedules

I want to schedule two times for appointments, one from 9 am to 9:40 am and the other from 10 am to 10:40 am. The employee time is 9 to 11 am.  However, the system displays several schedules every 10 minutes, and there is only one professional for this service. That is, the system is displaying overlapping times and I am not able to fix this. I even created a new service from scratch to see if it would solve the problem, but it remains the same. Can you help me please?

    Hi, Rodrigo,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Please enable the "Use service duration for booking a time slot" option in Amelia -> General Settings, it should resolve the issue:

How I show add appointment option on customer panel ?

    Hi, Tony,

I'm not sure if I understood your questions.

Customers can book only Appointments from packages on the Customer Panel. For single appointment booking they should go to the booking page.

However, if you were asking about how to display Appointments on the Customer panel, then it can be done if you use the [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1] or the [ameliacustomerpanel appointments=1 events=1] shortcode.

    Best Regards.

    Tony,

New Recurring Appointments can be booked only on the front-end booking form.

    Best Regards.
