We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello,
Amelia emploees where able to cancel events before, but now suddenly cannot anymore. Does this have anything to do with an update you did? How can I change that and grant Amelia employees therights to cancel any event?
Kind regards,
Rahel.
Hi, Rahel,
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
No, we didn't make any changes in roles permissions.
Please make sure that the "Manage their events" option is enabled in Amelia -> Settings -> Roles Settings.
Also, if that doesn't help, please make sure there is no Customer with the same email address that your Employee has, and if there is, please delete this Customer and clear the site cache. Adding multiple users with the same email address can cause mixed permissions issues.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello, both does not apply!! I don't know what another reason for this could be. I have not changed anything but suddenly my client wasn´t able to cancel events anymore.
Rahel,
It could be that something happened to your Admin permissions.
Could you please provide me with a temporary WP Admin login, so I will test it on your site? You can post credentials under this ticket as a private reply. If you need my email address, please use [email protected]
Also, please specify what events should be deleted.
Best Regards.
Thank you Liza,
I have sent you the access details as an admin. The user that has problems canceling events is: [email protected] (user roles: Colette, Amelia Employer).
Kind regards,
Rahel.
Hi Rahel
Thank you, can you also provide us with the link to the login page where we can use these credentials?
