Integration of 2 calendars on different domains

    Hi

I have 2 different websites- one is for service "X" and another for service "Y". The services are offered at the same location by the same person.

I'd like to integrate 2 calendars for both service, so I wouldn't have to manually fill in the other calendar.

To explain, when service X is booked from website #1, I need to make a change in the booking calendar on website #2, too. So there wouldn't be double booking as I can only take one customer at a time.

I understand that this can be messy explanation, but can it be done? Integrating two calendars on different websites?

    Thank You!

    Best regards

    Hi, Helene,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

At the moment, it's not possible to "centralize" multiple Amelia installations with the current built-in features.

However, you can try to use a workaround: if you connect the Employee on both sites to the same Google Calendar, then you will be able to avoid overbooking: once an Appointment on site A is booked, the same time slot will get unavailable for booking on site B, and vise versa.

For that, you will have to establish Google Calendar integration.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.
