I 'd like to add a new custom field type, basically a html form with quantity counter, how shall I proceed?
Also I'd like to add custom fixed time slots on the booking calendar, how should I do? (can't rely on the available options as I need only two slots a day, fixed hours)
I struggle to find any helpful documentation as it seems hard to edit hooks or add php into Amelia Booking.
1. There is only one way to add an HTML element to the booking form: to create a text content custom field and then to insert the HTML element into it, for example:
2. It can be achieved with Events ( since they have fixed time slots) or with Services assigned to particular time periods in the Employee's working hours:
Sorry to hear that Amelia didn't suit your business.
Please log in to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
I ve asked for a refund a few days after purchasing, like 3 days, the button went greyed out as it is supposed to do yet I m still waiting for a refund, it's been 10 days since I ask for a refund...
I find your practices pretty shady
it's a struggle to obtain any info on my request processing
very mysterious
I hope it will be fine but I m quite worried
also developing a request button that disappear due to low screen width is a very low move IMO
Greyed out button is a confirmation that the request was submitted
Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot send email confirmations because of our reseller Paddle, but we are planning to change it in the nearest future.
There's nothing to be worried about: if for some technical reason your refund wasn't submitted (theoretically, since it never happens), we will refund the money manually.
Could you please provide us with the email address that you used for the purchase? You can post it as a private reply under this ticket.

Thanks Liza for this crystal clear answer, unfortunately Amelia lacks the integration capabilities I need so I asked for a refund.
Have a nice day
