We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi,

    I can't seem to get my confirmation emails and such sent from the Amelia plugin. I watched several tutorials including this one where I followed the instructions carefully, but it's just not working. I tried SSL, TLS but there the mail just don't send at all (I receive an error message when I send a test mail) and when I use the PHP option it says 'sent' but we receive nothing (spam etc. are checked). Password and emails are correct. IMAP is enabled in the gmail settings and (like show in the video) we do allow less secured apps in the google account parameters.

    Could you please provide us with temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a private reply to this ticket.

    We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

    I tried WP Mail instead of SMTP and it seems to work now.
