Hey everyone!
With the holiday season upon us, we want to share our upcoming working hours:
- New Year: Our team will be off on January 1st and 2nd. We’ll be back on Friday, January 3rd, to respond to any messages received during this time.
- Weekend: As usual, we don’t work on weekends, so January 4th and 5th will also be non-working days.
- Orthodox Christmas: Our office will be closed on Monday and Tuesday, January 6th and 7th for the holiday.
After that, we’ll return to our regular schedule and assist you as quickly as possible.
In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find tons of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel), which might just have the answers you need while we’re away.
Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!
Warm regards and happy holidays!

Hi,
We want to launch an online course platform with video conferencing. The idea is to give the student the possibility to book a course with a teacher (registered in the platform) according to his availability (need for a booking calendar). Once the course is booked, and the professor has accepted, an invitation link to participate in the video-conference course is sent to the student by email (with outlook calendar).
We would also love to know if you have a solution for the payment between the student and the teacher when the booking is done.
Does your tool support all these features?
If so, which plan is it?
Thank you so much for your answers.
Best regards,
Youness
Hi, Youness,
Thank you for your inquiry.
We have some clients that use Amelia for their online courses, so theoretically, it can work the way you require.
Amelia has options for online payments (PayPal, Stripe, WooCommerce, Mollie) and for online meetings (Zoom and Google met).
However, there are a few limitations I should let you know about:
1. Unfortunately, there is no option for our plugin to be used as a multi-vendor. The settings in Amelia are made for one business/company mostly. All of the integrations that you have in Amelia can be connected to only one account (payment options PayPal and Stripe, Zoom, Google, etc.).
We do have a plan to add a multi-vendor option but this is for some future updates.
2. Since it's possible to connect only one business Zoom account to Amelia and add Employees as Users under this account, it might be not the best solution for simultaneous calls. However, probably, if you can use Google meet instead, it can be achieved without any limitations.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
