Two different employees for same type of package

    Hello,

A customer bought two packages of the same type, but with two different employees (two teachers who give lessons to kids of different ages).

When the customer wants to book an appointment in the customer panel, they cannot select which of the two employees they want for this particular session.

    How can this be solved?

(We do not want to create a new type of package for every single employee, as this would become confusing for the employee and not a smooth experience. We simply want a button to "select teacher" when the customer is booking in the customer panel. Does this option exist?)

    Thanks!

    Hi, Elias,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I'm afraid, at the moment Amelia tries to assign all Appointments from a Package to the same Employee and assigned them to another Employee only if the first one is unavailable for the selected time slot. There is no option to select Employees while booking Appointments from a Package on the Customer panel yet.

This feature is on our to-do list for future updates. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a request on our website.

    Sorry for disappointing you.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
