We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello, This isn't my website in the related url but something I'm looking to replicate in some way. Ideally, I'm looking to have the option for the client to select multiple services without having to go through a drop down menu of extras as they would have sub-categories such as # of images, remove items, etc.. Is it possible for a client to do multi-service selections?

    Multiple services can be booked at once via feature packages.

    Via Packages, you can combine multiple services, and even discount them, to offer them as a "bulk" to your clients. Within Packages, you can choose which Services you'd like to join, how many appointments will a client have available to book (example: 3 appointments in the span of one month for each service), and even choose whether there will be a discount or not for the Package of Services.

    Is it possible for clients to adjust packages? I'm looking for more of a custom option for clients where they can pick and choose which service they would like vs. a predetermined package where they can't edit.

    Hi, Anton,

    Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible with the current Packages feature: the number of Appointments and the included Services should be pre-set for each Package.

    Sorry for disappointing you. 

    This feature is on our to-do list for future updates. However, you can speed the process up by submitting a request on our website.

    That's unfortunate. Is there an estimate to when the new feature is planned to be added? It seems to be the most popular request with only 1 "in progress" item. 

    I'm curious as I enjoy Amelia's interface and would like to continue using Amelia but this happens to be a show-stopper

    Yes, that's true: it's our most popular feature request.

    We couldn't implement it yet due to some code limitations. However, we recently got a few new members of our dev team, so not we have more resources, which means we can speed up the development process.

    This feature isn't on our roadmap for the next update, but hopefully, it will be implemented in a couple of months.
