I want to know if it is possible to check out multiple appoint at a time. I want to add services to the cart then check out and book appointments at one go.

This can only be achieved with the feature Packages at the moment; Amelia cannot add multiple items to cart after the booking, but you can use Packages to offer multiple appointments at once.
