We have issue that the SMS notification work well sending to different countries but in saudi arabia. SMS don't get through to the Client. They didn't receive any sms notification. how we can fix this?
As far as I know, Saudi Arabia has very strict regulations regarding all promotion activities, so it could be that SMS notifications were simply blocked.
Promotional messages to the UAE can not be sent between 09:00 PM to 07:00 AM local time, and if I'm not mistaken, Saudi Arabia has a similar regulation.
I'm afraid, there's nothing we can do because we cannot find a workaround against country regulations.
Could you please try to send a test SMS between 7 am and 9 pm, and see if it will be delivered. If so, you can try to find a way to send SMS notifications during these hours only.
Also, there are email notifications in Amelia, so maybe that will make sense to use them for your clients in Saudi Arabia instead.
