We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

    Is there anyway to reorder the listings in the Search View?  I am a sole practitioner and it does not make sense to have individual sessions listed after packages.  It is totally counter intuitive, in my use case.  

    In the alternative, is it possible to remove the calendar to the left of the packages in Search View when it is not required to book immediately?  Again, requiring it doesn't make sense in this situation.  

    It would be great if the tabular format of the search view could be used in the step by step form with the individual session listed at the top.  

    The current setup is confusing to my clients.  Is there an update planned to address any of this? 

    Also, is there any documentation on the site regarding using the "load manual form option"?

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    I'm afraid, at the moment it's not possible to reorder Services on the Search view with current built-in features in Amelia.

    However, it is possible to separate booking forms for individual Services and for Packages with the following shortcodes: [ameliasearch show=services] and [ameliasearch show=packages].

    Maybe, that could be a solution for now?

    Also, we are always looking for ideas on how to make Amelia better. So if you have a couple of minutes, please suggest this feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.
