In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

A few questions on search panel:
1. Can I not introduce "Category" drop down in search panel?
2. Why do the search results in general show by employee? Shouldn't the search results be by "Service". And upon clicking the search result, the Employee specific results must be procured?
3. Aren't the filters "Dynamic" i.e. when I filter a specific service, the drop down of employees doesn't get updated with only the associated Employees to the service. Is this expected behavior or am I missing some configuration here?
