Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

    Hi there,

    Urgent problem.

    Because you cannot book two employees at once, we have made a placeholder service to hold another employee at the same time.

    This has been working fine until now. We can't book out the other employee on the same time despite having done it before.

    Please help as we do not want customers to book this slot.

    Is there any chance that this employee is already booked somewhere else for that time? Do they have a Google or Outlook Cal connected? If so, do they have a busy slot in the calendar for that day?
