We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Reschedule paid customer appointment time

My client once in a while has some people that need to reschedule there paid appointment to a different time.  They offer a class at 1pm and a second class at 7 pm.  When we open the appointment to change their appointment time the 7 pm option doesn't appear.  Even when I choose a different date the 7 pm doesn't appear in the edit appointment screen for the customer.
7 pm is available on the frontend for people to sign up for.  Is there a reason why I can't change this persons appointment time to 7 pm?  DId I miss a setting somewhere?

    Hi, Ken,

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Could you please tell if you updated Amelia to the most recent version 4.1? If no, we would highly recommend doing it.

Also, please make sure that your WP Time Zone is set to the City and not to the UTC format.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

  • Ken Whitinger replied

Yes the version is 4.1 and the time zone is set correctly.

    Hi Ken!

    Thank you for contacting backsmile.png

Rescheduling group appointments can be a bit tricky, as they are mostly booked from the frontend, or done by a customer / client of yours.

You would need to cancel the first one in the backend, then find the group appointment for 7pm, and add the customer there into that group.
