Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    Hello,

I'm still to adapt AMELIA for a hairdresser SALON. They offer a dyeing/cutting service. The client wants this service at 9:30 am.

From an operational point of view, the employee applies the dye from 9:30 am to 10:00 am, then the employee does the cut from 10:30 am to 11:00 am.
The employee would like to be able to take another client from 10:00 to 10:30.

Is it possible to manage these services which are spread out over 1h30 ; but with a 30 minutes slot free for another customer?

    Thank you in advance.

    Cdlt,
    Fred

    Hi Frédéric

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If the employee is working on one appointment (service 1), from 09:00 - 12:00, only that service will have available slots for booking, while services 2 and 3 will not be available.

This is the default behavior of the plugin, and it can't be changed.

Each service needs to have a different employee if you want all 3 services offered at the same time, so you will need to add more employees to work like you described.
