Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Booking Multiple time slots in a single shopping session

    Hi Team,

Could you please let me know how can we book multiple time slots in the same session?

For example: Amelia allows only one slot to be selected for booking. I would like to select 0900-1000 and 1000-1100 for example and its an either or for Amelia which is annoying to say the least.

I read a couple of posts where you mentioned that there is a workaround. Could you please share the details of the workaround please - since this is a critical functionality for my business.

    Hi Raghuvir,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

At the moment this can only be achieved with the Packages feature, available in your licence, Pro.

You would create a package offering multiple appointments for a service, so when the customer books they can choose Tuesday 9am - 10am, then below it in the next appointment window Tuesday 10am-11am.

Thanks Ivana. This works. Definitely not ideal. It is what it is. I know this functionality is your backlog for a couple of years now. Waiting for this functionality to be built is liking waiting on Godot. :)

This workaround helps but the customer experience is just bad.

    Hi Raghuvir,

thank you for the kind replysmile.png

Yes, unfortunately the situation that happened last year delayed many of our plans and project - hopefully we will be able to make those features possible faster.

If you have any further questions or issues, please feel free to open a new ticket, and we'll gladly help.
