Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Hello! We have a few questions regarding Amelia:

Limit the number of appointments for each customer: The possibility to limit the number of appointments that customer can take to avoid abusive clients to lock a lot of appointment slots.

Block users: The ability to block user to prevent conflict users have access to make reservations.

More detailed clients profile: Are you planning to have a more detailed client profile, for example to view a detailed list of the appointments taken, services and dates instead of only the amount of appointments?

Additional appointment statuses: Are you planning to add additional appointment statuses like "Didn't show up" or "Not arrived"? This will be helpful to block users who take a certain amount of appointments and doesn't show up in the store. Maybe 4 missed appointments can result in a user lockout. If this is planned, it will be great.

    Thanks!

    Hi Leonardo,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

The only way to limit the number of appointments per customer at the moment is to offer exclusively Packages that will have only a certain amount of appointments. However, once that package is booked customer can later purchase another one; so there is no direct way to block a customer or limit them from booking.

For the client profiles there is currently Customer Panel; we don't have an expansion in plan soon, however, for any additional profile requirements and additional appointment statuses, I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page

Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
