We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
For a customer of our agency we are implementing tracking with Google Analytics. This customer uses Amelia on top of Woocommerce.
I can't find a proper way to track it in Google analytics, is there documentation to help me with the implementation?
Kind regards,
Martijn
PS: we can use Google Tag Manager if necessary.
Hi Martijn,
thank you for reaching out to us
There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately, as we don't have an integration with Google Analytics yet.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it (because we did receive several inquiries on that topic lately).
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help out.
Hi Ivana,
1. I see that there is a ticket with a possible solution for a thank you page, see: https://tmsplugins.ticksy.com/ticket/2278713.
2. There is a feature request for the exact feature I want: https://wpamelia.cnflx.io/boards/feature-requests/10920
3. The app "Integrately" offers a possible solution: https://integrately.com/integrations/amelia/googleanalytics.
Hope that Amelia could add Google Analytics tracking asap since this is the gold standard in behaviour tracking on website pages.
Hi Martijn!
Please feel free to test the solution; it's not official so we cannot guarantee that it will work 100%. Please do vote for the suggestion if you have time; there are interested clients in this feature, so the more votes it has the faster it could be implemented.
