Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

If the customer chooses any employee on the front end when booking an appointment, how can I on the back-end know that they chose "any" and not a specific employee?  The big picture is this:  If an employee calls in sick, we would like to know if the people that were scheduled for appointments actually chose that employee or they chose "any employee."  Saves us an awkward phone call.

    Thank you!

    Hi Elizabeth,

thank you for reaching out to ussmile.png

You can see which employee was assigned to the appointment (because even if they chose Any one will be picked by Amelia) in Amelia > Appointments > Edit > Employee.

Thank you Ivana, however, that doesn't answer my question.  I would like to see if the client chose " any employee" or they chose a specific employee.  I know Amelia will assign one automatically, but what if that employee calls in sick that day?  As a manager, how do I know if the customer would be okay with a substitute employee, or if they chose that employee specifically.  We have several employees that offer the same service, so we have no way of knowing if the customer had a preference from the initial sign up.

How can I see what the customer's choice was?  "Any employee" or "John Doe"

    Thank you!

    Hi Elizabeth,

I see; I'm afraid that Any Employee isn't visible as an option in the backend, only the assigned employee.
